Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is registered on the Gas Safe Register to ensure safe and compliant working within this discipline. Our Gas Safe engineer’s carry identification, are fully qualified and report to suitably qualified supervisory personnel.

Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is a member of the above association. B&ES members are subject to regular 3^rd party inspections and assessments by BM Trada, a recognised certification body, to ensure their technical and commercial competence.

Code of Fair Trading

The HVCA code of Fair Trading must be observed by all members of the HVCA. The code binds members to act in good faith in their business dealings. It applies to all work carried out directly for the customer and provides guidance on such matters as standards of workmanship and materials, costs and payments terms.

Originally developed by local authority Health and Safety professionals with the support of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Bridge Facilities is a member of REFCOM - we employ appropriately qualified personnel in the installation, maintenance and servicing of stationery refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain certain flourinated greenhouse gases.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)-UTR 25259 11043

The Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is a directive from HM Revenue & Customs. By law all contractors working within the Construction Industry, which includes HVAC, should be verified with HMRC. The scheme was introduced to improve the level of compliance within the construction industry. Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is registered, verified and authorised; we are able to provide copies of our certification.

Criminal Record Bureau (CRB)

The CRB is an executive agency of the Home Office which vets applications for people who are scheduled to work within organisations in public, private and voluntary sectors. The agency was established in March 2002 from the Police Act 1997.  Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited manager’s and engineer’s who are scheduled to work within these organisations are checked and vetted through this agency.

Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

Our company fully complies with the standards directed by the HSE. Our Health & Safety policy documentation is available on request. All employees are fully conversant with the company policies. We have fully qualified First Aid personnel in line with the HSE requirement.
