Limited Company

Our company is registered with Companies House – company registration number 3887360.

We are able to provide abbreviated copies of our company accounts to confirm our claim of continued growth and stability. This ensures confidence in both our clients and suppliers. Our company can be verified on the Companies House website.

Gas Safe Register – formally Corgi certification (184903)

Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is registered on the Gas Safe Register to ensure safe and compliant working within this discipline. Our Gas Safe engineer’s carry identification, are fully qualified and report to suitably qualified supervisory personnel.


Construction Line – (Membership number 73933)

Construction Line is the UK’s largest certified pre-qualification database.


Building & Engineering Services - B&ES (Formerly HVCA) - F471600/HV006575

Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is a member of the above association. B&ES members are subject to regular 3rd party inspections and assessments by BM Trada, a recognised certification body, to ensure their technical and commercial competence.


Code of Fair Trading

The HVCA code of Fair Trading must be observed by all members of the HVCA. The code binds members to act in good faith in their business dealings. It applies to all work carried out directly for the customer and provides guidance on such matters as standards of workmanship and materials, costs and payments terms.


Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

Originally developed by local authority Health and Safety professionals with the support of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). CHAS registration enables members to satisfy the tender conditions relating to Health and Safety in respect of work undertaken for public and private sector clients. This accreditation ensures Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is able to comply with Health & Safety legislation.


Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) SKILLcard

SKILLcard is the recognised personnel registration and card issuing scheme serving the mechanical services sector of the building services engineering industry. By registering Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited workforce with SKILLcard we can:

  1. Demonstrate the Health and Safety awareness of our workforce.
  2. Demonstrate to our clients the professionalism of our workforce.
  3. Give access to independent evidence of the qualifications and credentials of our workforce
  4.  Ensure our workforce is provided with a ready-made identification card that distinguishes us from the ‘cowboys’.

EXOR Management Services – Accreditation Level Gold - Registration Number FT9601

Exor accreditation standards are recognised as the highest in the country and only suppliers and contractors that can attain and maintain the required high standard can gain admission to the Exor approved supplier database. Our Exor accreditation is a recognised statement that demonstrates our Financial Viability, Competent Administrative Procedures, Effective Employment Policies, Robust Management Procedures together with our Competence and Track Record.


REFCOM - F-Gas Certification No. REF1007985
Bridge Facilities is a member of REFCOM - we employ appropriately qualified personnel in the installation, maintenance and servicing of stationery refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain certain flourinated greenhouse gases.

Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is listed on the SAFEcontractor website.

SAFEcontractor is operated by Connaught Compliance Services Limited.


Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)-UTR 25259 11043

The Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is a directive from HM Revenue & Customs. By law all contractors working within the Construction Industry, which includes HVAC, should be verified with HMRC. The scheme was introduced to improve the level of compliance within the construction industry. Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited is registered, verified and authorised; we are able to provide copies of our certification.


Criminal Record Bureau (CRB)

The CRB is an executive agency of the Home Office which vets applications for people who are scheduled to work within organisations in public, private and voluntary sectors. The agency was established in March 2002 from the Police Act 1997.  Bridge Facilities Engineers Limited manager’s and engineer’s who are scheduled to work within these organisations are checked and vetted through this agency.


Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

Our company fully complies with the standards directed by the HSE. Our Health & Safety policy documentation is available on request. All employees are fully conversant with the company policies. We have fully qualified First Aid personnel in line with the HSE requirement.


Quality Control

We hold the appropriate certification to ensure Quality Awareness to BS EN ISO 9002 standards together with the HVCA accreditation.
